How do I determine my TradeUPS rebate amount?
The rebate amount you receive back from APC depends on the NEW UPS purchased and NOT the old UPS you wish to trade in. To find out more on the rebate value you can expect visit http://tradeups.apcpacific.com/au/pricing2.php where you will find a list of UPS’s that entitle you to participate in the program along with a Trade-UPS rebate list. Select the UPS you have purchased or plan on purchasing and this will give you an idea on what refund to expect.

Does the TradeUPS program apply to Resellers?
Yes. Resellers can participate in the rebate program, either as a UPS user themselves or apply on behalf of your customer to gain access to a rebate.

How long will it take before I receive my rebate?
Under normal circumstances, the TradeUPS process shouldn’t take more than 3 to 4 weeks after the Trade-UPS application is lodged.

Can I trade-in JUST batteries?
Unfortunately the Trade-UPS program only allows for the trade in of a complete UPS, which is chassis with electronics and a battery cell enclosed inside the UPS. In the interests of our precious environment, please see our TradeUPS home page for further information on how you can safely dispose of your old batteries.

Can I trade-in UPS WITHOUT battery?

Can I use a different courier?
No. The old UPS has to be returned to APC warehouse using APC authorized courier. Under the Terms and Conditions APC will not accept the return of a TradeUPS UPS unless it has been shipped by an APC authorized courier.

Who pays for the courier charges for returning our old/faulty UPS?
APC will pay transportation charges to have your old UPS shipped to our nearest APC warehouse.

I do not have box(s) to return my old UPS(s), what shall I do?
APC is not able to assist with providing packaging. However, typically our customers use the packaging from NEW UPS or you can contact Neway for assistance in purchasing UPS packaging materials.

I have not received my rebate check. What shall I do?
Please email your reference/case number and short description to APJ.Pacifictrade-ups@apcc.com and we will endeavor to get an answer to you within one business day.
